Privacy on the 5alty website
Information website ? 8 September 2026This notice explains the data used by this information website. The app and its ordering and payment services have a separate scope, to be defined as they become available.
When you apply with your shop
The shop application collects your shop name, category, area and address, plus a contact name and mobile number. A map link and storefront photo are optional. Details go to our marketplace team through Supabase for review and follow-up; photos are not publicly accessible. We also retain a hashed network address to reduce duplicate submissions and abuse.
When you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, mobile number, subject and message. Email is optional. These details go to the 5alty team's intake system so we can review your enquiry and contact you. The Talk to 5alty form also collects the issue category you choose.
When you choose your area
If you save your choice, the area name and time of selection are stored in your current browser. This does not sign you up for notifications or confirm service availability. The current dialog does not request precise geolocation. You can remove your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Interactive previews
The category selectors and Hately preview work within the page to explain the idea. Selecting an example does not create a purchase or delivery request, or send order details to the operations team. Quick help displays ready answers in your browser; your question only reaches support when you choose to write to the team and submit the form.
How contact details are used
Contact form details reach the support system hosted using Supabase. The relevant team uses them to respond and follow up. Do not include payment card details, passwords or personal information that is unnecessary for your request.
Questions about your data
To ask about a message you sent, or request correction or deletion of contact details, use the Talk to 5alty page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We review requests in light of the relevant data and circumstances.
